The Management Team work in the call centre along side us and are approachable. We have a morale team who hold raffles, bingo,lottery bonus ball and Friday feeling. The hardest parts of my job is receiving calls from distraught parents and the continual rate of calls which can be quite lengthy. I enjoy the atmosphere my colleges create, whenever possible.
